Four Bases HQ: one place to run a team

A platform for fastpitch and baseball teams and the associations that run their events, built by Area 25. Teams manage rosters, coaches and registrations; organizers build divisions, schedules and scores. All in one system, in English and French.

Four Bases HQ team dashboard: roster numbers, setup checklist and readiness for an upcoming championship

For teams

  • A dashboard for each team, with players, coaches and seasons at a glance
  • A player pool, coaches and managers with their contact details
  • Team info in one place: logo, colours, team photo, GameChanger and social links
  • A setup checklist that shows what is still missing
  • Registration for tournaments and leagues, with every registration tracked
  • Readiness checks per event: fees, roster size, a coach on the roster, jersey numbers, dates of birth and the organizer's questions
  • English and French throughout

For the organizations that run the events

Associations run their tournaments in the same system: divisions, pools, the schedule on every diamond, scores and tiebreakers.

Four Bases HQ schedule grid for a national championship: games by diamond and time, with conflicts and unscheduled games checked
  • Events with teams, divisions and pools
  • A schedule grid per day and diamond: drag a game to move it, drop it on another to swap
  • Conflicts, warnings and unscheduled games counted as you build
  • Scores entered on the day, with tiebreaker lists for the standings
  • Parks and diamonds, time slots and limitations set up once
  • People and access, roster fields and payments per organization

Proven at ISC events

Four Bases HQ runs on the engine Area 25 built for the International Softball Congress. There, a typical three-day qualifier went from 47.5 hours of a director's time to 4.5: every score is entered once, and the website, standings, brackets and social images follow.
