A tournament manager that runs ISC events
43 hrs
saved per three-day qualifier

The starting point
A typical three-day ISC qualifier took 47.5 hours of a director’s time when everything was done by hand: flyers and phone calls, rosters retyped from email, schedules worked out on paper, and every score typed four or five times, from score sheet to spreadsheet to standings, bracket and website.
What we built
- A tournament page on iscfastpitch.com the moment it is created, also shown on the season’s qualifier tiles and the homepage
- Team managers enter their own rosters, photos and insurance papers, with due-date reminders by email
- Pools split by seed and a schedule that fills your diamonds and times, with rest and conflict checks
- Brackets that build from the pools, with ISC tiebreakers built in
- Scores entered once on a phone; standings, brackets and the website update themselves
- Ready-made images of the day’s scores, schedule and brackets for Instagram and Facebook
The result
